These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blocks Buddies website www.blocksbuddies.com and the services provided by Blocks Buddies. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Service Description

Blocks Buddies provides educational services focused on LEGO building and STEM integration. These services include but are not limited to workshops, classes, and events.

2. Lego Set Provision

For entry-level or first-time customers, Blocks Buddies will provide a basic LEGO set as a gift for use during sessions. The customer is free to keep this LEGO set. Alternatively, customers may choose a more complex LEGO set from the website for us to have available at the session's start. In this case, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the LEGO set.

3. Payment

Payment for LEGO sets selected by the customer beyond the basic provided set must be made through the Blocks Buddies website before the session begins. Additionally, payment for each session must be made in advance through the website using either a credit card or Zelle.

Blocks Buddies accepts payment via credit card, which can be completed securely on our website. Alternatively, for payment via Zelle, please contact us directly at contact@blocksbuddies.com for instructions.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued. However, customers may request to reschedule their session to a different date and time, subject to availability.

To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Rescheduling requests made after this time may not be accommodated.

5. Liability

While Blocks Buddies takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of participants during sessions, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of participation in our services.

All parents or legal guardians of participants must sign a liability waiver form prior to the start of the session, acknowledging and accepting the risks associated with participating in Blocks Buddies activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided during Blocks Buddies sessions, including but not limited to lesson plans, instructional materials, and designs, are the intellectual property of Blocks Buddies and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.

7. Modifications

Blocks Buddies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review these Terms periodically for changes.
