For Needers

Step 1
Post your task — free
Describe what you need, add photos and the location, set your budget, and optionally an expiration date. Posting costs nothing.
Step 2
Compare offers
Nearby providers send offers with a price and a note. Review their badges, ratings, and reviews, message them, or send a counter-offer.
Step 3
Accept and fund escrow
When you accept, the amount is charged and held securely. The provider only gets paid after the work is done.
Step 4
Confirm and review
Both of you mark the job complete, funds are released, and you leave a rating that helps the next neighbor.

Get verified
Verify your email, confirm your government ID through Stripe, and link a payout account. Add license or insurance documents for extra badges.
Step 2
Browse and offer
Find jobs near you, send an offer with your price, and talk through the details in platform messaging.
Step 3
Do the work
Funds are already held in escrow before you start, so you know the job is funded.
Step 4
Get paid out
Mark the job complete, earnings land in your balance, and you can cash out to your bank whenever you have a credit.

Every provider verifies their government ID through Stripe before going live.
Payment is held in escrow until the work is confirmed done.
Phone numbers and emails can't be shared in messages, so every conversation and payment stays protected.
Either side can report an issue, which pauses escrow and opens a dispute review.
